Principal of Shanghai Ruijinyi Road Kindergarten( Shanghai Model Kindergarten). Shanghai Best Teacher Award winner; Excellent Communist Party’s affairs Worker of Shanghai. A principal who has excellent leadership on both sides of modern enterprise management and educational institute management. Young teachers under her training are now performing with excellency on teaching and management jobs at kindergartens all around Shanghai.
Being a Principal for 25 years who has served at public,private and international kindergartens. She holds certificates as a High School Senior Teacher, first-class Kindergarten Principal and met the requirements for National Psychology Counselor. She devotes herself to the study of children’s psychological development which focuses on ages 2 to 6; the development of individual psychology, the practical research on the filed of sports that help with brain’s development. Former researcher and team leader of the national “Counselling Groups”in charge of a branch ran by Fudan University. Former researcher and team leader of preschool education in charge of“The Research of Children’s Self-awareness and Children’s Psychological Education Development”. These researches won awards due to their excellency and have been widely promoted by the educational governors. As a result she released her first book titled“The Very First Step to Socialize”.
A former teacher from one of the Shanghai Model kindergartens; drama club president of the educational committee for the Communist Youth League of China in Putuo District; committee member and manager of the teaching and researching section for international/bilingual kindergartens; 11 years of study and practice in the field of preschool education; she has an advanced educational awareness; international insight and private kindergarten management experience. She has been devoted to preschool education for many years. She has been successful performing open classes for Putuo District and Shanghai city teachers including group and private classes. The articles that she has written in the past for educational research had been rewarded due to their excellency.

We have a reliable、affectionate teaching team whose teaching experience is rich. All local Chinese teachers are majored in early childhood education and with more than 5 years’ teaching experience. All foreign teachers come from native English speaking countries, such as U.K. or USA etc. with years of nursery experience in China.
Shanghai Jincai Bilingual Kindergarten is a full time private kindergarten which is located at No.518 Jiangyang Road, Jing ‘an District. The kindergarten physical environment is presented with natural gardens. Its teaching facilities are safe, environmentally friendly and of high quality; there is a warm and comfortable family atmosphere. The kindergarten has a team of experienced local and foreign teachers; in the same manner, our kindergarten director has a modern educational approach and international kindergarten management experience.
Based on Gardener’s multiple intelligences theory and focus on children’s physiological
development, our kindergarten built partnership with high-quality elementary schools such as “SISU Bilingual School”to provide bilingual and multicultural education environment.

(3) Montessori Room: Specially equipped with operable educational indoor toys, so that children can visualize abstract concepts, acquire mathematical knowledge and explore the mysteries of Science through objects and games.

Our aim is to build a high-standard kindergarten, so we have chosen not only to reach international standards but also environment friendly construction materials. We are equipped with a complete anti-fog air purification system (to prevent PM2.5) and Dajin central air-conditioning system. We use famous environmentally friendly children's furniture and toy brands; imported professional stereo sets; imported full set of sanitary equipment and high temperature disinfection and drying washing machine.
The kindergarten's activity room configuration is suitable for all our young children; they are set up with European standard wood flooring、protective materials and smart learning devices that help create a healthy environment ,safe space and ecologically friendly for activities.
Shanghai Jincai Bilingual Kindergarten is a child-oriented school helping promote harmony with nature. Outdoor venues are mainly divided into three major areas:
(A) Area equipped with climbing, sliding, balancing playful slopes for multiple functions and a wave-shaped paddling pool.
(B) Gardening area with soil for children to practice cultivation.
(C) Playground area.
Shanghai Jincai Bilingual Kindergarten campus has beautiful blossoming flowers with colored leaves and other kinds of trees including shrubs and grass where various types of plants grow naturally and organically. We follow the “Preschool Educational Course Guide of Shanghai”; it comprehensively absorbs modern theories such as the social constructivist theory, Vygotsky’s theory, and Gardner’s multiple intelligences as the theoretical basis to highlight the concept and core curriculum of the kindergarten—letting young children become active learners.

We hope that children can learn from different fields; we expose children to different cultures, different thinking, and different ideas from other countries through this multicultural approach, children develop an intelligent brain, a strong body and a healthy mind with an elegant artistic presence.
1.We provide full immersion in Chinese-English Bilingual environment. We have created an English-language teaching environment with selected textbooks “Wonders”from McGraw-Hill education, one of the Top 3 publishers from America. Designed with a concept in line with CCSS, Wonders becomes McGraw Hill’s core language learning production which can effectively help our children build a strong foundation for preschool and elementary years. Even students with none English background will gradually learn the language as a natural process. To cultivate the habit of speaking English as a native language and fulfill the diverse needs of children’s development, we adopt English drama, kid story shows and bilingual reading in teaching process to built preparations for elementary school.
2.We give exclusive attention to children's development, during this important critical period of psychological and emotional development; teachers will work along with parents to integrate a psychological method approach into all aspects and daily activities. The goal is to raise Independent, confident, gregarious personalities within our children.
